Sasha Roseneil is a sociologist and a group analyst, professions that she sees as closely connected in their concern with the experiences and struggles of individuals and groups in complex, unequal and ever changing societies. She is Executive Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Professor of Sociology at the University of Essex. She practices as a group analyst and individual psychotherapist in central London.
